在拼多多买的美版kindle paperwhite 4触屏不灵，查序列号
在拼多多花了665块钱买了一个美版的全新kindle paperwhite 4，今天拿到货以后，发现屏幕有问题，主要体现在，我没有点击屏幕，但有时候它会自动给我翻页，甚至有时候会出现类似于我用手指按着某个字弹出来拼音和解释的情况，而我手指离那个字还挺远。于是我严重怀疑这个机子是翻新机或者返修货，询问亚马逊客服，下面是聊天记录：

从上面的聊天记录可以看到，一共有两个客服回答了我的问题，第一个说是看不到这个机子是不是翻新机，问我购买这个机子的亚马逊账号，我说不是从亚马逊购买的，是从淘宝上买的。（实际上是从拼多多上买的，不过我怀疑他们不知道拼多多，毕竟淘宝名气大不少，所以就回答的是从淘宝买的。）然后客服说看到这个是从亚马逊购买出去的。客服回答了保修日期，是到2021年4月14日，这个我觉得有点奇怪，我在这个KINDLE上注册第一个账户的时候是2020年4月11日啊，保修一年的话，不应该是2021年4月11日吗？
后面第二个客服说，这个KINDLE是全新的，因为它看到这个注册的日期是从2020年4月11日开始的，也就是我注册的那天。
然后呢？请问你修了机器吗？
我是在闲鱼买的，OA3，目前还可以，但也怕出问题无处修理。
我也是美版。我的机器有个说不清是品质问题的小瑕疵，问了reddit的kindle subreddit社群，说应该算品质瑕疵，要我退换货，但中国买的美版怎么退回美国呢？
我的疑虑是：
1. 如何确定机器是真的是美版？
2. 会不会是美国网商便宜处理退货件流到了中国？
我的kindle paperwhite 4跳屏严重，收到货后就发现了这个问题，马上就跟店家联系，但是店家各种推诿，后面只好申请拼多多客服维权，把跳屏的视频发给客服查看，然后申请了换新，后面店家给我发了个新的，一直用到现在没有发现什么问题。

其实这两个问题都不是最主要的，最主要的是，拿到的机器有没有问题，如果没啥问题，就多看书把，毕竟这个也只是个阅读设备而已！
